What You'll Do:
🏥 Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures with patients and medical staff
📋 Verify insurance authorizations and obtain pre-certifications
📞 Communicate with patients regarding pre-operative instructions and requirements
🗓️ Manage surgical calendars and optimize OR scheduling efficiency
📝 Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling documentation
🤝 Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administrative teams
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures
✅ Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
