Your New Role

As a Plumbing Service Technician based in Vernon, Connecticut , you'll be the go-to expert solving plumbing issues in customers' homes throughout our service area, which includes Bolton, Ellington, Enfield, Manchester, Somers, South Windsor, Stafford, Tolland, Vernon, and Willington . You'll diagnose problems, repair, and install systems with efficiency, professionalism, and a smile.

• Service residential plumbing systems across our territory

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and solutions

• Install or replace pipes, fittings, and other plumbing components

• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork

• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Gottier brand with pride

• Cross-Training opportunities

• Valid Connecticut Plumbing License (P2 or higher preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various home environments

• Pass a background check and drug screening
