Que Technology Group, Inc ., is ​seeking a  Network Engineer  to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. If you’re passionate about performance, security, and seamless connectivity, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
• Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
• Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
• Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
• Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
• Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
• Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of experience. Master’s degree with at least three (3) years of experience. No degree with at least ten (10) years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
• Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
• Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
• IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
• A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure​​

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
