Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint and Teams, along with Copilot and Power Platform. This role will involve providing technical guidance, strong, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
o Provide technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate.
o Serve as the technical lead, overseeing project development, ensuring adherence to best practices, and addressing technical challenges.
o Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Solution Development:
o Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions.
o Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Problem Solving:
o Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.
o Assist developers and team members with any questions or problems they encounter.
o Identify and resolve potential risks or bottlenecks to ensure project success.
