Job Description

Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio, Power BI, Azure)

Location: 100% Remote, Within the United States

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform

Administer, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to support business needs.
Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Platform Canvas Apps and integrations.
Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.

AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot

Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and monitoring.
Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and Microsoft 365, ensuring responsible and effective use.
Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to streamline automation and development processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities for improving workflows and reporting.

Mandatory Qualifications

Hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, and integrations with Power Platform.
Strong skills in building user-friendly and functional Power Platform Canvas Apps.
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, and reports.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging applications.
Knowledge of Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory and Azure Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit upgrades and troubleshooting.
Background in AI governance practices within enterprise environments.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong documentation and process management skills.
