Bartender - The Spotted Donkey Cantina

The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting – 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12-million-year-old boulder formations. The Spotted Donkey Cantina is an established, fast paced Mexican restaurant featuring some of the best Mexican flavors around and delicious libations. The Spotted Donkey is a gathering spot for locals, as well as a destination for resort guests. We are looking for an experienced bartender who can provide exceptional service and top-notch drinks at The Spotted Donkey Cantina.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
